Choose the space that fits where you are in the work

The Biodynamic Psychotherapy community offers two distinct ways of engaging with the work, depending on your experience and intention.

Both spaces are grounded in embodied practice, reflection, and integration , but they serve different stages of the journey.

Living Practice

For students and practitioners of Biodynamic Psychotherapy

The Living Practice is an ongoing community for those who are already training in, or have completed training in, Biodynamic Psychotherapy.

This space is designed for:

  • continued embodied practice

  • reflection on client work and personal process

  • deepening understanding through live sessions and dialogue

  • staying connected to the method over time

It is a yearly membership, with the option to pay monthly.

the BPM Foundation

A 6-month online training in the foundations of Biodynamic Psychotherapy

This training is for people who already work with humans and want to incorporate the body, mind and spirit. Therapists, bodyworkers, nurses, social workers, and practitioners who sense that healing happens not only through insight, but through the body itself.

The BPM Foundation supports you to:

  • Understand how emotion, the nervous system, and the body are interconnected

  • Work with breath, contact, and self-regulation rather than technique alone

  • Develop a more embodied, holistic way of meeting clients

It is suitable if you are:

  • New to Biodynamic Psychotherapy

  • Revising or deepening an existing somatic or therapeutic practice

  • Seeking a structured training container grounded in the body

  • Considering further in-person or advanced training

The Foundation includes teaching, recorded material, live Q&A sessions, and an optional in-person integration retreat.
